Can we sign an accounting services agreement and what is required?

You will need a current status from the Commercial Register, the company's articles/memorandum, data on the manager and shareholders, and the NRA registrations. We will send you a full checklist on first contact.

Which documents do I need to send each month?

Primary documents — issued and received invoices, receipts, bank statements, cash reports, payroll records and contracts. Fully remote working in a cloud environment or in your own software is possible too.

Is there a minimum contract term and what does the plan include?

Plans are usually signed for a minimum of one year and include ongoing bookkeeping, preparing and filing returns (VAT, forms 1 and 6), year-end closing and free consultations.

What reporting will I receive?

Monthly/quarterly interim reports, management reports, and a breakdown of income, expenses and tax position.
